Step 1
Wash fish in the two tbsp of sake to remove fishy smell
Step 2
Mix together the white miso, mirin, sake, until it forms a runny marinade, then coat the fish in it
Step 3
Let the fish marinate for at least 30 mins or overnight
Step 4
Set the fish under broiler for 8-10 minutes & enjoy!
