Ingredients
4 servings
4chicken breasts
or a mix of breast and thigh, sliced 1/2 inch thick strips, about 2-3 inches long
½ cupyogurt
regular
1lemon juiced
1 tspblack pepper
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tspallspice
1 tspcumin
1 tspcoriander
1 tspsmoked paprika
1 tsppaprika
½ tspchili powder
½ tspcayenne
½ tspcinnamon
1 ½ tspsalt
1 Tbspolive oil
1 tspliquid smoke
optional
¼ cupgarlic sauce
or replace with 2 minced garlic cloves
Instructions
Step 1
Marinate sliced chicken in a container with all of the above ingredients for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results
Step 2
Take chicken out half an hour before baking, to come to room temp
Step 3
Preheat oven to 350 F, lay parchment down on a large sheet pan, and spread out the chicken strips evenly
Step 4
Bake for 20 mins, or until cooked through, for an extra char, broil the chicken for 1-2 minutes at the end
Step 5
Serve along side yellow rice, salad, and garlic sauce (all on my feed)
