Instructions

Step 1
Pre heat oven to 190°C.

Place broccoli florets onto a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt & pepper.

Roast in the oven for 25 minutes.
Step 4
Get a large pan of salted water and bring to the boil.

Add to the pan the spaghetti and simmer for 10 minutes or until soft.

Season the chicken and cook in a frying pan on a medium heat for 6 minutes each sides (core temperature should be 75°C).

Once chicken is cooked remove from the pan and set aside for later making sure to leave the charged remains in the pan.

Add the wine and minced garlic to the pan and stir.

Now also add the butter, cream, mozzarella, cream cheese and stir. Add a little pasta water if sauce is too thick.

When the sauce is ready add your spaghetti and toss.

Finally top with your chicken and broccoli, finishing off with some Parmesan, chopped parsley and any excess mozzarella if wanted.
