Instructions

Chicken

Step 1
Slice the chicken, quarter the cherry tomatoes and chop the basil.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the chicken and fry for about 2min. Then add the seasoning and fry for another minute before adding the cherry tomatoes. Fry for 1-2 more minutes

Basil Mayonnaise

Step 3
Meanwhile chop the basil and garlic.
Step 4
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.

Wrap

Step 5
Slice the mozzarella and chop the walnuts.
Step 6
Spread the front center of the wrap with the basil mayonnaise. Sprinkle on the chopped walnuts.
Step 7
Place the arugula, chicken and tomatoes and mozzarella slices on top.
Step 8
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 9
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
