Rub the chickpeas dry with a kitchen towel.

Mix well with and spread on a baking tray.

Step 3
Bake at 200C/400F for 35mins.
Step 4
Turn off the heat and keep them in the oven for 10 more minutes (for an extra crunch).
Step 5
Devour immediately.
