Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray.

2. Stir together milk and vinegar and set aside. (The milk will look curdled; this is normal.)

3. In a separate bowl, mix together the cornmeal, corn flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder and salt.

4. Add honey to the milk mixture. Add the milk to the dry mixture and stir just until everything is combined. Stir in the chopped hot dogs.

5. Scoop into prepared muffin pan and fill to the top of the cups.
Step 6
6. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
