Mapo Tofu with Lee Kum Kee Sauce Pack

Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in pan, add minced garlic
Step 2
add meat, saute over low heat 5 minutes
Step 3
Pour the 1 pack of lee kum kee sauce over meat and mix well
Step 4
Add tofu in pan and stir gently
Step 5
Add 4 tbsp. water
Step 6
Cover with a lid & continue to cook over low heat for about 1 minute.
Step 7
Thicken the sauce with 1 tbsp. cornstarch water mixture
Step 8
Cook over high heat until sauce thickens
Step 9
Sprinkle with choped green onion & stir lightly
Step 10
Pour onto a plate, ready to serve
