These lamb tikka are a must try, I got this boneless leg of lamb from Costco I trimmed off some of the fat, cut it into 1 inch cubes, washed and pat dried it, then seasoned it and I let it marinate for a couple of hours. Grill them to your liking and enjoy some juicy and delicious lamb tikka.

Step 1
1. I got the boneless leg of lamb from Costco I trimmed off the fat then cut it into about 1 inch cubes. I washed the lamb and pat it dry
Step 2
2. I seasoned the lamb with all the spices, the olive oil and lemon juice and I let it marinade for a couple of hours
Step 3
3. I put the lamb onto the skewers and grilled until cooked through for about 6 to 7 minutes per side and enjoy!!
