1 tspbaking powder

½ tspkosher salt

½ tspbaking soda

¼ teaspoonground cardamom
or cinnamon 1 teaspoon
Banana Bread (Wet Ingredients)
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2
Combine dry and wet ingredients into two separate bowls.
Mix wet ingredients into dry.
Step 3
Make a little well (dry bowl) for the wet ingredients.
Step 4
Pour wet into dry and mix starting from the center.
Step 5
Once flour disappears, it is ready to be poured into the bread/loaf pan.
