250gflour
¾ cupwater
½ teaspooninstant yeast
½ teaspoonsalt
1 tablespoonsunflower oil
½ teaspoongranulated sugar

Instructions
Step 1
For the dough l used a standing mixer. Put the the flour in the bowl and add salt.
Step 2
Combine the yeast, sugar and the warm water. You don't need to proof the yeast.
Step 3
Pour the water into the flour and add oil. Knead the ingredients into a dough. You will get a very sticky, loose dough.
Step 4
When the dough separates from the side of the bowl, the kneading is done.
Step 5
Grease a bowl with oil, transfer the dough into the bowl, and cover with a kitchen towel. Let it rest for 45 minutes.
Step 6
While the dough is resting, cut the bacon into small pieces and fry them in 1 tablespoon of oil until crisp, then let it cool down to room temperature.
Step 7
After resting, put the dough into a parchment paper-lined baking pan. Grease your hands with oil and flatten the dough with your hands to approximately 1 cm thick.
Step 8
Combine the sour cream and the pressed garlic. Spread the sour cream mixture on the dough and top with grated cheese. Add the bacon bits, the sliced sausage and the sliced red onions.
Step 9
Bake it in a preheated 375 F oven for approximately 25-30 minutes.
