Zucchini Noodles with Garlic Shrimp

Instructions

Step 1
Sear shrimp by adding olive oil to pan & heating pan over med.-high heat. Next, sear shrimp on one side, flipping them, adding garlic, salt, & pepper & searing other side of shrimp. Remove from pan & set aside.
Step 2
Sauce for zucchini noodles: Simply add butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, & stock/white wine to pan Simmer (1-2 min.)
Step 3
Add parsley, shrimp, & zucchini to pan; mix everything & heat up zucchini.
Step 4
Serve: Serve with grated parmesan.
