Southwestern Cheesecake Dip

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2

Combine cheeses, beat until fluffy.

Step 3

Stir in 1c sour cream and taco seasoning. Beat in eggs one at a time.

Step 4

Fold in green chilies. Pour into a 9in springform pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes

Step 5

Remove and cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Spoon remaining 1c sour cream over top, spread gently. Return to oven for 5 minutes.

Step 6

Take out of oven and cook on wire rack. When cool, refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 7

To serve, remove outer side of pan, top with salsa, serve with tortilla chips.
