This Little Mermaid inspired mocktail is fun more adults and kids! Adding blue spirulina which is an incredible plant protein and superfood to this creamy lemonade recipe.

Instructions

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If you want two shades of blue in your drink, you can add the spirulina into a shaker or the blender in two parts, add double for one of them.

For the Ice Cubes:

Add a little blue and green spirulina to filtered water to make blue, green or aqua colors, mix and freeze into cubes overnight.

For the fish cubes, cut tangerine or orange peel with a pairing knife to create a fish shape.

Serve with mini umbrella.
