1kgmixed mince
beef & lamb
1 bunchparsley
2onions
medium
3garlic cloves
3green curly peppers
Turkish, or 1/2 a yellow bull horn pepper
1 cupbreadcrumbs
1egg
salt
pepper
1 Tbsppaprika
optional
Instructions
Step 1
The pulse feature on you food processor will help the mixture mix and combine the ingredients.
Step 2
Once it’s all combined, transfer to a bowl (just to ensure everything is completely combined) and share the Kofte to your liking.
Step 3
Note: we cook them on the electric bbq however you can make them in the airfryer or on a frypan
