Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.

Add your spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.

Meanwhile, cook your spaghetti in salted water. According to packet instructions.

In a blender, add spinach, garlic, basil, cheese, pine nuts and final tbsp olive oil. Blend with a splash of pasta water until smooth.
