Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180℃ and line a baking tray with non stick baking paper.
Step 2
Puree the dates with the water in a high speed blender to make a paste and add to a mixing bowl.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients and combine well to form a dough. Use your hands to roll into 12 balls. Place the balls onto the lined baking tray.
Step 4
With a fork, press on the ball to form into cookie shapes.
Step 5
Place cookies into the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until golden. Store in an airtight container once cooled.
