Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 F
Step 2
Clean and halve brussels sprouts. Spread them on a baking sheet (we lined w aluminum foil to help w clean up) and spray w olive oil and pinch of salt. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until crispy and tender.
Step 3
Brown beef with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Mix together your sour cream, mayonnaise, and chilli powder in a bowl. (feel free to adjust the ratios here as you need).
Step 5
When Sprouts are ready, mix in a bowl with your sour cream/mayonnaise mixture until covered.
Step 6
Sprinkle feta cheese, parsley on top and add juice from 1/2 lime.
