1. Add fish fillets to bake in stove or air fryer at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

2. Meanwhile make the sauce and season with salt and pepper at the end.

3. Take tortillas and grill them on gas stove or warm them on a nonstick pan.

4. Assemble your tacos. Start with the sauce, then the lettuce, the crumbed fish fillets, avocado and top with roughly chopped cilantro/coriander.
Season with more salt and pepper(if needed).
