Instructions
Step 1
Add lettuce, cucumbers, peppers, apples, cornichons, red onion, salami, prosciutto, Parmesan, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil to a mixing bowl.
Step 2
Toss the ingredients until well combined. Add more salt, pepper or olive oil if you’d like.
