Instructions
Step 1
In a large skillet, brown and crumble hot italian sausage
Step 2
Add onion and garlic and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes
Step 3
Drain grease from skillet
Step 4
Add cooked sausage, veggies, and diced potato to a crockpot
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Step 6
Pour chicken broth over the top, if not sufficient add water
Step 7
Cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours
Step 8
Remove lid and add kale and heavy whipping cream, stir to combine
Step 9
Cook on high for another 30 minutes
