Instructions
Step 1
Measure water into large warm mixing bowl.
Step 2
Sprinkle in yeast, stir until dissolved
Step 3
Add sugar, shortening, egg, salt and half the flour, beat until smooth
Step 4
Mix in remaining flour until easy to handle.
Step 5
Place in greased bowl, turning to grease the top.
Step 6
Cover loosely with foil, refrigerate at least two hours, when dough rises punch it down.
Step 7
When fresh rolls are desried, remove dough from fridge cut off amount needed & return to fridge.
Step 8
Dough may be kept 3-4 days
