Step 1
In a large bowl, add powdered milk, water and yeast

Mix this together and add sugar, salt and bread flour

Mix until dough comes together then transfer to a clean flat work surface

Knead dough for 15minutes then add butter

Continue to knead for 15minutes until dough is very smooth then transfer to an oiled bowl and cover to rise

I refrigerated the dough overnight, for a better texture and improved taste

To do this: follow steps 8-10 otherwise skip to step 11

After kneading, cover and allow dough rise for 30 minutes,

transfer to refrigerator and leave for 10-12 hours.

The next morning, transfer to a turned off oven or microwave and allow to come to room temperature.

Cut, shape and transfer to pan.
