Instructions
Step 1
1° In an Instant Pot, saute turkey and onions until turkey is completely cooked. 2° Add chili seasoning & 1/2 cup water; mix thoroughly. Turn off saute.
Step 2
3° Rinse beans and add to Instant Pot.
Step 3
4° Add corn and water from inside the can to Instant Pot.
Step 4
5° Top with salsa, crushed tomato, and broth.
Step 5
6° Close the Instant Pot and set to High Pressure for 10 minutes.
Step 6
7° Allow it to naturally release for 10 minutes and then switch to quick release. 8° Serve with sour cream & cheddar!
