Fried sweet potatoes was an easy and simple dish that my Dad use to make for me for breakfast. I pair it with bacon or sausage and the combination of salty and sweet is so amazing.

Instructions

Step 1
Peel sweet potatoes and slice into 1/2 inch rounds.
Step 2
Add sugar and cinnamon and coat well.
Step 3
In a large skillet, fry sweet potatoes over medium heat from 7-9 minutes until tender in the middle and golden brown.
Step 4
Enjoy with bacon or sausage and toast!
