Instructions
Step 1
Chop your chili and green onions. Then, dice 2 strips of kimchi.



Step 2
Toss all the veggies, kimchi and dry ingredients into a bowl. Pour 1 cup of water and mix the batter.






Step 3
Turn up heat to high. Heat up your pan for 1 minute. Then, drizzle a generous amount of oil onto your pan.

Turn up heat to high

Pour a scoop of batter onto the pan. Flatten until you get a nice circle.
Step 6
Turn heat to medium. Cook for 2-3 minutes then flip. Wait another 2-3 minutes.
Step 7
Serve with sauce: 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp vinegar. You can add minced garlic, onions, gochugaru to elevate the flavour.
