Step 1
Julienne zucchini and potato. Chop a bit of bell pepper.
Step 2
Mix with 4 tablespoons starch, 4 tablespoons frying mix (twigim garu), ½ teaspoon salt, 4 tablespoons water and some chopped bell pepper.
Step 3
Put about 2 tablespoons of oil in a preheated pan. Drop the batter by the spoonful. Cook both sides until golden brown over medium heat. Flip them halfway through. Very crispy and savory zucchini and potato pancakes is done!
