Instructions
Step 1
Cook onions until clear. Add bell pepper. Add garlic until fragrant
Step 2
Add ground beef and break up, cooking until brown
Step 3
Add potatoes with beef or roast separately until cooked.
Step 4
Once ground beef is cooked, add Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Add tomato sauce, enough to fully cover beef. Add oregano and basil (optional). Simmer until slightly reduced
Step 6
Serve with rice.
