Instructions

Step 1
Soak the bread bun in milk until fully moist
Step 2
Finely dice and fry the onion in oil on medium heat for 5 minutes until soft
Step 3
Squeeze out all the liquid from the bread and break it up into a bowl.
Step 4
Add in the rest of the ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly to combine
Step 5
Either fry in a pan on medium for 10 minutes, continuously rotating, or air fry for 15 minutes at 200C rotating half way through, or bake at 200C in an oven for 20-25 minutes.
Step 6
Serve with mash, gravy, cucumber, cranberry sauce (as a replacement for lingonberry jam) or on a burrito!
