Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F
Step 2
Line a round pizza pan with parchment paper and spray with the avocado oil.
Step 3
Whisk eggs with water, garlic powder, onion powder and dried oregano.
Step 4
Measure out the coconut flour and break up any lumps. Stir the flour into the egg mixture.
Step 5
Stir in parmesan cheese.
Step 6
Allow the mixture to rest and thicken for a few minutes.
Step 7
Use a rubber spatula to transfer the mixture onto the pan.
Step 8
Shake the seeds over the crust.
Step 9
Bake for 15 minutes.
Step 10
Remove from oven. Let cool 5 minutes and then put pizza toppings on. Return to oven for another 15 minutes.
