Instructions
Step 1
Combine crushed tea biscuits with butter and sugar and place in 9 x 9 square pan.
Step 2
Bake at 350 for about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
Melt caramel nibs in microwave.
Step 4
Heat 1/2 cup cream in microwave till starting to boil. Pour over caramel nibs and beat till creamy.
Step 5
Pour over crust and drizzle white chocolate over caramel layer, then milk chocolate over white chocolate.
Step 6
Melt semi sweet chocolate chips and heat remaining cream and pour over chocolate and beat smooth.
Step 7
Pour semi sweet chocolate gananche over milk chocolate layer and refrigerate till firm and cut into bars
