Instructions

Rolls

Step 1
Melt the white chocolate.
Step 2
Cut the puff pastry lengthwise into approx. 3 cm wide strips.
Step 3
Now coat each strip with the white chocolate.
Step 4
Roll up the first strip lengthwise.
Step 5
Now place it on another strip and roll it up again. Repeat this step one more time.
Step 6
Roll up the remaining strips as in steps 7 and 8. The more puff pastry strips you use for a roll, the larger it will be in the end.
Step 7
Bake the puff pastry rolls in a preheated fan oven at 200°C for approx. 20-30 mins.

Biscoff Cream

Step 8
Melt the Biscoff spread in the microwave.
Step 9
Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and sugar until stiff.
Step 10
Now add the Biscoff spread to the cream and stir in briefly. Place the Biscoff cream into the fridge.

Rolls

Step 11
Using a pointed object or a piping bag, make a hole in one side of the puff pastry roll and push the pastry slightly to one side. This creates space for the filling.
Step 12
Pour the Biscoff cream into a piping bag. Then pipe the cream into the puff pastry rolls.
Step 13
Melt the Biscoff cream and pour over the puff pastry rolls.
Step 14
Finally, place a Biscoff cookie on top of each roll. Enjoy!
