This is for chocolate lovers. It starts with a chocolate crust,then a layer of bittersweet chocolate ganache, a layer of milk chocolate ganache, a layer of chocolate mousse and topped with whipped cream.

Instructions

Step 1
Make chocolate crust by crushing oreos and adding 5 tablespoons melted butter. Press in 9 inch springform pan. Bake 350 for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Make dark chocolate layer, put 1 cup cream, 1/4 cup butter, pinch salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla in saucepan and bring to light boil. Take off heat and stir in chocolate and stir till smooth.
Step 3
When crust cooled, pour dark chocolate mixture over crust and chill.
Step 4
Make milk chocolate layer by heating one cup cream and pouring over milk chocolate chips. Stir till smooth. Chill slightly
Step 5
Make mousse layer by heating chocolate chips with 1/2 cup of cream in microwave at 20 second intervals and stir till smooth. Set aside to cool, about 15 minutes.
Step 6
When crust is cooled pour dark chocolate layer in crust, chill till mostly set
Step 7
Pour milk chocolate layer over dark chocolate layer, chill
Step 8
Beat 1 3/4 cups chilled heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla till soft peaks form.
Step 9
Divide cream in half and fold half in chocolate mixture for mousse and save other half for topping
Step 10
Add milk chocolate mixture over dark chocolate in crust. Then add mousse to 2nd layer. Spread whipped cream over and sprinkle shaved chocolate over( optional) chill. Best chilled overnight.
