I love homemade sauces because they taste so fresh and this one is so easy to make ! This is great with flatbreads dunked in or even with some fried ground beef or just use like a hot salsa . Adjust the so iciness by using milder chillies if you like also

Instructions
Step 1
Wash and score the tops of the tomatoes then take the stems out of the habanero ( add one if 2 is too spicy for you) drop into a pot of boiling water and simmer 4-5 minutes then remove and peel the skins

Step 2
Add the tomatoes and chilies to a blender with a ladle of the cooking water and blend until smooth
Step 3
Fry two diced onions until they have some color then add the chopped garlic and fry two minutes . Add the tomato sauce and cook for a further few minutes until it reduced down and season with salt and pepper . Eat hot or cold serve with flatbread or use like a salsa or even with ground beef recipes ! Enjoy
