2chicken breast
large, diced
1 headbroccoli
or small precut bag
1red bell pepper
sliced
3cloves of garlic
chopped
0.5red onion
sliced
1 bunchbasil
chopped
2 Tbsppeanut oil

Instructions
Step 1
Sauté broccoli, red onion, and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté till the broccoli is bright green and the onion and peppers have softened a bit about 10 min. You can also add 2 Thai chilies here or red pepper flake if you like a little heat! Use this time to dice up the chicken and make the sauce to save time! Don’t forget to start the rice if you are serving over rice!
Step 2
Add garlic and basil and stir till fragrant
Step 3
Remove veggies from pan and set aside.
Step 4
Sauté diced chicken breast, add a little more oil if needed and season with salt and pepper. Once the chicken is cooked through and a little browned, add the sauce mix and stir till all the chicken is coated.
Step 5
Add back the veggies and stir. Search over rice or noodles!
