Instructions
Step 1
Take 3% milk, boil it.
Step 2
Once boiled, while on stove add one full lemon.
Step 3
Take a cheese cloth and drain all the water. Twist the cheesecloth to remove all the whey water (can keep this to drink).
Step 4
Keep it under pressure for about 10 mins (i used some bowls).
Step 5
Take the paneer out of the cheesecloth and refrigerate for 30 mins.
