Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

2. Mix together the ricotta and spinach. Add in salt, basil & oregano (I use a lot!)
Step 3
3. Layer an oven-safe pan with the salmon, and top with the spinach mixture. Use a seasoned cast-iron skillet or spray a different pan type with an oil spray
Step 4
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the salmon is flaky and has cooked through
