Add salad the salad leaves to a large bowl

Chop the radish into thin slices and add to the bowl.

Chop the spring onion into slices and add to the bowl.

Using a sharp knife slice 3-4 pieces of tofu from the block.

Heat a frying pan on a stove and add the oil, wait until the oil is hot. Once hot add the tofu and lightly fry for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden, remove the tofu from the pan.

Allow the tofu to cool slightly and then slice the tofu into large cubes (2cm by 2cm) and add to the bowl.

Top with the edamame beans.
