Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl dissolve yeast in water. Add evaporated milk, salt, sugar, beaten egg, 1 cup flour. Beat until smooth. Mix in 14 cup melted butter.
Step 2
In a large bowl cut butter into flour until butter is in size of peas. Pour in yeast mixture, and mix until just moistened.
Step 3
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or 3 hours.
Step 4
For crescent rolls, divide into 3 parts and roll in circle. Cut 8 slices like pizza. Roll up from large end to small. Let rise for 3 hours.
Step 5
Bake @ 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
