COTTAGE POTATOES

The Christmas Eve potatoes!! You can use a food processor to chop the green pepper and onion. Chop in small batches in short bursts to get coarse pieces.
You can make this ahead (e.g. the night before). Mix all but the milk, put in baking pan and cover with plastic wrap or foil. Refrigerate.
Before baking remove wrap and DON’T FORGET to add the millk.

1. Mix all ingredients EXCEPT MILK and put in a shallow 10 x 13 baking pan.
Step 2
2. Pour milk over all.
Step 3
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
