Bake Meatballs according to directions.
Boil noodles in well salted water
When noodles are almost done start sauce. Sauce takes less then 10 minutes to complete.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Wisk in flour and cook for 1 minute to remove "raw" taste of flour. Then whisk in stock until there is no lumps. Add in seasonings and Worcestershire sauce.
Wisk in cream. stir until thickened then salt and pepper to taste.
Add in meatballs and stir until meatballs are well coated.
Serve over drained noodles.
