Instructions
Step 1
Whisk the egg yolks with honey.
Step 2
Add the oil, milk, lemon juice and zest.
Step 3
Sift the flour, cornstarch and baking powder, then whisk well.
Step 4
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold them into the previous mixture.
Step 5
Pour the batter into a 20x15cm cake pan and bake at 180C for about 20 minutes.
Step 6
Let it cool down while preparing the cream.
Step 7
Simply mix the white cheese with the lemon juice and agave syrup.
Step 8
Spread it over the cooled cake, and it's ready! Enjoy :)
