Step 1
Preheat over to 175 and line a 2x9 round cake tins OR a large backing tray (for carrot cake slice)

Wisk together eggs, brown sugar, white sugar, apple sauce, oil and vanilla

Once combined add baking powder, soda and flour.

Add in grated carrots and mix until combined

Diving into cake tins/tray and bake for 35 minutes.

Once cooked and cooled start to prepare frosting.

Whip together butter and cream cheese on medium speed.
