Instructions
Step 1
1. Pour lemon juice into liquid measure, then add enough milk to make 1 1/3 cups milk (if using 1 egg) or 1 cup milk (if using 2 eggs). Add in egg(s). Set aside.
Step 2
2. Combine all dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients all at once and brat with a wire whisk until well combined and frothy.
Step 3
3. Pour by ¼ cups onto preheated, ungreased non-stick frying pan or electric skillet. Flip when edges are dry and some bubbles close to the center pop and are dry. Cook a few seconds longer. Makes 12 to 16 or more pancakes.
