Step 1
Pour the olive oil into a frying pan and spread evenly over pan. Arrange the sage leaves and garlic on top of the oil. Heat the frying pan over medium-high heat.
Step 2
When the pan is hot, add the chicken. Turn the chicken breasts over when the meat is white. Sprinkle with salt and continue cooking until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F/75°C.
