Instructions
Step 1
1. Weigh out 3 grams of cilantro leaves and add to food processor or blender cup

2. Add full can of Chipotle Peppers in Adobo sauce and blend mixture for 30 seconds

3. Take mixture and place on food scale
Step 4
1. Add 180g of mayonnaise straight into the blender
Step 5
2. Add 170g of nonfat plain Greek yogurt
Step 6
3. Add 5g of roasted garlic

4. Add the juice of 1/2 of a lime

5. Add 10g of sweetener
Step 9
6. Add 2g of Smoked Paprika

7. Add 1g of White Pepper

4. Mix ingredients with a spatula and blend again for 30 seconds

5. Pour into a sauce bottle
