Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375

In a mixing bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and sugar until well combined

Scrape the edges of the bowl then add in eggs, vanilla, baking soda, salt and cornstarch and best until well combined

Add flour and beat until well combined
Step 5
Add chocolate chips and mix until combined
Step 6
Form cookie dough into 3 to 4 inch balls. I do not roll them tightly, I keep them loose
Step 7
Bake for 10 minutes, take them out and add more chocolate chips to the top, then bake for 2 more minutes
Step 8
Let cool on a cooling rack so they do not over cook
