Step 1
Cooked the beetroot. Peel it and cut of stems. Grate the beetroot.
Step 2
Dissolve the soaked gelatin in the boiling water.
Step 3
Add rest of ingredients.
Step 4
Add liquid to the grated beetroot.
Step 5
Let it set overnight in the fridge.
