White Rice
Idk if anyone are seeing these. If so then this recipe may not work for you, I changed stoves and my old recipe wouldn't work anymore. So I had to change it slightly. Maybe what you cook it in changes how much water too? I have no clue, but this is my method of making white rice. I heat the water up to a boil slowly. I'm a nerd so I use a thermometer and wait until the temp gets close to 212f. I dump and stir rice in, I put in a dash of salt, and put on a tight fitting lid and put the temp on the lowest setting. On my old decrepit stove I put it at like 2. Then I let it cook for 20 mins and all the water absorbed. If not use less water. If the rice has a slight Bite, add more water next time.

Instructions
Step 1
Bring a little under 1 ½ cup of water to a boil. I use a thermometer to know when the water reaches 212f. Because I'm silly but it's perfect every time.
Step 2
After the water that was a little more than 1 ¼ cup of water has reached 212f stir in the rice, put in a dash of salt and put on a tight fitting lid. REDUCE HEAT TO LOW.
Step 3
After you turn heat down to low, allow rice to cook for 20 mins covered. Don't peak for the whole 20 mins. If you do peak before exactly 20 mins is done, throw away the rice.
Step 4
Turn off heat and remove rice from the heat source. Now lift the lid after the 20mins and let that steam escape. Then put lid back on and lit sit for 10 mins or 20. Then fluff rice and serve.
