Instructions
Step 1
Boil potatoes and swede chunks for 5-7 minutes
Step 2
Boil lentils for 20 minutes
Step 3
Dice onion, saute for 3 minutes, add garlic, thyme, tomato puree, stock cube, chopped tomatoes, worcestershire sauce, grated carrots
Step 4
Reduce a bit then add lentils, season with salt and pepper, a few splashes of Tabasco, pour into ovenproof dish
Step 5
Grate potato and swede, scatter over the top, drizzle with oil then bake for 40 minutes or until crispy on top.
