Instructions

Step 1
Peel potatoes then boil or steam until fork tender . Once cooked mash with butter cream salt and white pepper

Step 2
Sauté carrot onion and celery in a pan for 5 minutes in some oil then add the ground beef and cook until it starts to brown

Step 3
Add tomato paste and beef broth or I prefer oxtail broth if you can find it . Add the grated zuchinni or any veg you want to add and the peas and Worcestershire sauce and let it simmer 4-5 minutes . Season to taste with salt and pepper

Step 4
Pour the meat mixture into a baking dish then top with the fluffy mashed potatoes . Use a fork to make a design on the potatoes and bake at 200c / 400 f fan setting for about 20 minutes or until golden . Enjoy
